USER
LICENSE AGREEMENT
for Psychology Software Inc. Digital Products
Before
purchasing this digital product
(software, ebook, or courseware), you must read and agree to this
licensing agreement. If you disagree with any part, you will not be
allowed to purchase, download, install, and use the digital
product.
This
user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between
you
(an individual or single entity) and Psychology Software Inc.) that
accompanies this AGREEMENT. This
digital product is the
property of Psychology Software Inc. It is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties. The digital
product is not sold. It is licensed.
You
understand that you have had an opportunity to download and review an
evaluation copy of this DIGITAL PRODUCT, which may be a version that was
limited in use in time or number of accesses or to which certain portions,
components, or functions was blocked. By making this purchase, you are
hereby granted the license to download, install, register, and use one (1)
fully functional copy of the DIGITAL PRODUCT on a single computer. After
downloading, installing, and registering the product with Psychology
Software Inc., you understand that your license is activated and that you
are entitled to NO REFUND.
LICENSED
VERSION
The
LICENSED VERSION means a fully working version of the digital product. If you accept the terms and conditions of
this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations, as follows:
YOU
MAY
- Install
and use one (1) copy of the digital
product on a single computer.
- Create
and store one (1) copy for archival purposes.
YOU
MAY NOT
- Copy
and distribute this digital product or any portion of it.
- Sublicense,
rent, lease or transfer your personal license.
- Sublicense,
rent or lease the digital product or any portion of it.
- Decompile,
disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the digital
product or any portion of it.
- Copy
any documentation accompanying the
digital product.
DISCLAIMER
OF DAMAGES
The
digital product is supplied
"AS IS." In no event
shall Psychology Software Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, with limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or
inability of this digital product, even
if Psychology Software Inc. has been advised of such damages. The user
must assume the entire risk of using the digital
product.
TERMINATION
Either
party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of default by
the other party. Upon any
termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately discontinue the use
of the digital product and
destroy the digital product
and documentation and all copies thereof.
Your obligations to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any
termination of this Agreement.
WARRANTY
DISCLAIMER
The
digital product is
provided "AS-IS,"
without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk
as to the performance of the digital
product is with the purchaser. Psychology
Software Inc does not warrant that the operation of the digital
product will be
uninterrupted or error-free. Psychology Software Inc. assumes no
responsibility or liability of any kind for errors in the digital
product or documentation, or
for the consequences of any such errors.
